Westbridge Auric Partners Ltd. (“Westbridge”, “we”) is incorporated in Ghana with its office at Plot No. 70, Off George Walker Bush Highway, North Dzorwulu, Accra. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

Details you give us through the enquiry form or by email, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to carry out due diligence and know-your-customer checks required for gold transactions, and to meet our obligations under Ghana Gold Board regulations and Ghanaian law.
4. Sharing
We share information only where needed: with the Ghana Gold Board and other authorities where the law requires it, and with service providers who host our website and email on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with it, and transaction and due-diligence records for the period the Ghana Gold Board requires.
6. Your rights
