Our standards
Our standing with counterparties rests on the origin and documentation of the gold we handle. Before and during every supply relationship, we:
Confirm that the supplier holds a valid licence from GoldBod or the Minerals Commission, as applicable.
Identify the supplier’s directors and beneficial owners and keep copies of their identification.
Record the mine or concession the gold comes from.
Issue an official GoldBod receipt for every purchase and keep transaction records for the period GoldBod requires.
Screen suppliers and counterparties against international sanctions lists.
Decline gold whose origin or chain of custody cannot be documented.
Regulatory status
Licensed by the Ghana Gold Board.
Westbridge Auric Partners Ltd. is incorporated in Ghana and licensed by the Ghana Gold Board as a Self-Financing Aggregator under the Ghana Gold Board Act, 2025 (Act 1140). Licence documentation is available to counterparties on request as part of due diligence.
