Gold sourcing, trading and transaction management.
Each of our services is carried out in accordance with GoldBod regulations and procedures.
Gold Sourcing & Aggregation
We source and aggregate gold from licensed small-scale miners and licensed Tier 1 and Tier 2 buyers, financed from our own capital. We verify each supplier before we trade, and record each purchase with an official GoldBod receipt.
Gold Trading & Supply Coordination
We supply aggregated gold to international offtakers approved through GoldBod’s onboarding process. This covers supply arrangements, pricing in line with GoldBod’s official pricing regime and the Bank of Ghana Reference Rate, and transaction documentation.
Transaction Management & Trade Facilitation
We manage each transaction from purchase to export. This covers documentation and liaison with GoldBod for assay, verification and export approval. It also covers settlement in accordance with GoldBod and Bank of Ghana requirements, and freight, insurance and secure logistics through licensed third-party providers.
Developing
Mining Support & Supply Development
As our supply base grows, Westbridge intends to extend into mining support and supply development. This means working alongside licensed mining operators to strengthen production capacity, improve supply consistency and establish long-term supply arrangements. We welcome discussions with licensed operators and partners interested in building such arrangements with us.
